when balls are filled with pollen

My plants are in flowering (15 days) and I have found two are hermi so I pull them out. I wonder if this hermis might spreed some pollen! It was two days ago I have noticed overall sex of my plants. How long does it take to produce pollen for males or hermis.

I asked the same question- and nobody seems to know how long it takes the average male pollen sac to produce viable pollen.

I have take a good look at them but balls are very small, they showed up 2 day ago-I hope not opened.

I think it really depends on the strain also, some mature much quicker. Not usre when they start producing pollen but I know they release it when the flowers are open. Always wash your hands and mist your plants ASAP when you think a male might have pollinated your grow area, the water helps quite a bit but it's tough to get it all.

From a book I have
" Once male calyxes appear pollen develops quickly, some males can pollinate within 24 hours"....

Good feelings I have .
This situation also good side of hermis problem has.
It makes me taste my NL strain bit quicker.
All of them are hung down to dried. I`ve smoked few tops after fast drying.
I feel good and afraid what power hit me when my Queen develop.

You can't pollinate your girls until the pods develop, and then
open up. When I let this happen some time back, the Northern
Lights showed sex, and dropped about 3 weeks later...

I only left with one strain and forced her to being more bushy by changing her shape when more space left after pulling her hermies friends. By the way do you think I should remove roots after two mutants I have cut off.
