I have 5 clones of Super Skunk cut 6days ago and have been in the Humidity dome since on 20/4 lighting getting sprayed 5-6 times in a 24 hour period , When do i take the dome off? i see new vegetation growing now should they go to 18/6 without the dome? Thanks Cajun

if they have nice roots, you can take the dome down and either put them into flowering, or put them into your medium of choice and let em rip in either veg or flower.. if you're seeing new growth, it sounds like they're ready to move on ime..

take the dome off when you see the first signs of roots coming out of the bottom.

or if you might think your getting mold then start to take it off a little bit each day.

I've seen clones root in a glass of tap water before. Not MY method of choice (and im sure success rate suffers) but yea, clones just want to live :)
After having some cuttings die without ever producing roots this is how I now clone:

In a small Tupperware of water with a small pump and air-stone for oxygen, a little root gel and in the water they go just above the light or on a window sill. Change the water at least every other day.

I usually will see small roots in three days, I add a small amount of food to the water, after 10 days put to veg or flower. Your right clones just want to live.

regards,

Clones not rooting makes me sad :( I forget where i even learned this method but i scrape away the outer skin slightly at the bottom 1/4 inch or so then slightly split it before dipping in cloning solution. Then right into rockwool with light flowering solution. They just shoot roots out everywhere ;)

i completely gave up on a tray of OG clones one time let them pretty much die, my friend took them and literally in 2 days had them rooted and green. sometimes shocking them to death will give them a reason to live lol

do you have any pictures of this process? sounds pretty good, not how i do it but i'd be curious because it sounds like you get roots a couple days earlier than me with my rockwool method. i also cut giant clones, big ass growths, like 9 inches.
