supposed to make nutrients more available or something

Spray 20 to 30 mins before
lights turn on.
Once your lights start heating
up raise them or move plant(s) so
there getting indirect sunlight.
Once plant is relatively dry
you can lower lights.
Don't get your lights wet!
cover them up or move them.

Wat about spraying rite wen light turn off

Not best because the stomatas which most of the
nutrients are absorbed through close at night.
Also the increase in moisture during the night cycle
increases the risk of powdery mildew.
