The entire plant looks nutrient deficient I would bump up the nitrogen. The plant is transferring nutes from the older leaves to the new growth which is why the necrosis is being exhibited in the lower leaves.

i need to know your temp
growing medium
soil PH
water PH
nutes
soil type and type of lights
haha considering the plant looks like its outside and you can see the soil you really don't need to know half of that, you can see whats wrong with it, its N deficient and a little over watered id say. flush the soil with a gallon of filtered or distilled water with a cap full of hydrogen peroxcide in it then wait a few days and hit that bitch with some high N ferts(untill its time to flower then high p ferts). if you are using hose water, unless you are on a well, it would be best if you filled buckets of water and let them sit about 24 hours so the chlorine evaporates

haha, i agree with frosty about not needing to know all of that info... but I havent ever heard of using a capful of hydrogen peroxide with a gallon of water.. what exactly does that do?

hydrogen peroxide adds oxygen to the water for the roots also aids in bacteria removal
its kinda funny the plants in your gallery were n defficient also. but they still looked good bud-wise. plants still need n through most of the budding stage not as much as veg but its still required. alot of strains will consume most of their fan leaves in just the last two weeks after flushing the soil thoroughly
