Whats wrong with this plant

I can't figure out what's wrong, I stunted it a couple weeks ago because I used too much nutrients, so I changed the water trying to save it. And it's been in only fresh water for 2 weeks and is still dieing. Can I do anything to save it?

Never done any kind of hydro, but 2 weeks with just plain water = starving.
Might be worth starting another seed if you have any

Need some food brother. If you only had water for 2 weeks you'd go pale too
