whats wrong!!! with pic

It's in the second week into flowering and i have brown spots on the leaves.... I'm growing 100 % organic also... If you could please help and tell me what's wrong!!!

are you using nutes? if so, what's the n-p-k? what kind of light are you using and how close is it to the plants?

I'm far from an expert but check the underside of your leaves for bugs. I had thrips a while back and they looked similar to your pic.
