Whats wrong with my plants :/

My plants are 18 days old some look Decent and others are not looking so well i'm growing in FF Ocean Forest soil, 6.5 phd distilled water my light setup is 4 42 watt cfl 2700k, 2 23 watt 6500k, 4 23 watt 2700k,18 hr light 6 hr dark and 1 Desk fan and to miniature fans Temp is 88 degrees.

what are your temps and did you start the seeds in the ffof do you have intake and outtake

The white widow looks dead. Under watered + heat stress from the looks. Trainwreck looks like it's going the same direction. Blue Dream looks to be holding up a bit better. The soil looks dry as a desert.

Ok Thanks every body I raised the lights and water'd them The WW is still growing a lil bit should i start over or just see if she recovers?

agreed.

i have some clones in some hot soil now and they look and are fucked up.
i know what is wrong with them. most of you would trash them last week. lol
i am gonna just grow through it.
