It looks like the leaves are curling up, but I don't know why.
I'm using soil

What can I do to fix it?

looks like heat stress to me Whats your temperature in your grow room.

I agree with that.

Temps should hover anywhere between 75-80 with the lights on. Also make sure you have some air circulation in there.

They don't like stagnant air

my plants are like shiveling up and they have a bunch of white spots all over thim

my plants are like shiveling up at three weeks old and have a bunch of white spots on them i got good soil and i put them aut side to get sun
