If you are "always setting PH to 5.8" regardless of the medium PH, therin lies a problem. You are probably acidic now. Here is what ya do. Capture some of the run off and check it. if it is higher or lower than what you started with, you need to make adjustments to the nute/water solution to obtain the desired medium PH.

...I'd get some rapid release dolomite lime, add 1 tbls per gallon of soil/less as a top dressing and water in as normal....I think your medium has gone acidic

I disagree about the acidic media. Check your run off next time, I bet it's like 6.5 even when adding 5.8pH.
You are definitely calcium deficient. Not enough ppm in your tap water to compensate for coco and Grow Big has none in it... Coco has huge calcium requirements and this is upsetting your CEC.

Dolomite is just going to take too long. You need a calcium supplement. Look for something that is calcium carbonate. The calcium nitrate is going to add too much nitrogen to the system. Cal-Mag plus is out when using Grow Big. You could using 1/2 strength Tiger Bloom and 1/2 strength Cal-Mag plus and probably have a better nutrient profile than you do currently with the one bottle solution you got going on.

Too much nitrogen to phosphorus and Calcium. You'd have to use maybe 2ml of the Grow Big and 10ml of the Cal-Mag plus to get the right N to Ca ratio, but then the PK levels are too low, so you'd have to add a few ml of a bloom supplement void of nitrogen.

6-4-4 plus 2-0-0. It just makes for trouble in the long run. Aim for a better balance, coco specific nutes are pretty clutch if you don't really know what you're doing.

the ph is definitley off here friend, if your using soil get it up, if using hydro 5.8 usually works but strains prefer less acidic
