The soil is far to dry m8 and you,v over feed them,
They need water only for a while and give them less nutes when u feed again once they get back there healthy self . also u might want to put it in a bigger pot soon, repot when the soil is dry its easier to work with .
PS do not piss about with it to much Your half way there

Yellowing may be due to many different problems... May be a heat burn, or a nute burn....
In this case, it is neither... U plants seems to be undergoing a Calcium Defficiency... U might want to add dolomite lime to ur soil....
And yeah, how old is the plant?.. i thnk u shd start with a mild nute...
