What’s wrong with my plant Pls SEND help

Hi I have been struggling for weeks now with an unknown leaf problem, I don’t know if it’s fungus gnats or thrips or something else entirely, previously a week ago I chopped off 70 percent of the foliage due to the issue, the leaves get these weird spots and them get discoloration an damage

Just a guess (but I’ve been reading threads like this for months) - overwatering with poorly phd water? Are you using nutes? Possibly over fed too?
