What's wrong with my girls?

I got some ak-47 cuttings from a buddy a couple weeks ago, I'm not exactly sure how old they are. I transplanted them in a mix of half fox farm ocean forest and half pro mix with a watering of thrive alive to help prevent shock.

They all seem to look ok but a few have some twisted leaves and others have some crispy tips and those small brown spots towards the edges of the leaves. I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong...it's my first grow

My grow room is pretty tight (6ft x 7ft x 4.5ft high) I have a 600w hps that is at least 1 foot about the plants. I just switched to 12/12 this week and gave them a watering of 2.5ml per gal of floranova, 1 tbs/gal gnatrol 3 days ago.

Let me know if I need to be more specific about things....thanks a lot!

It's well water here...I fill the bucket with what I can off the RO, but I know the tap water goes through a softener. I have a 6" vortex powerfan exhausting the room into an odorsok. I have it turned down a bit as it is a 452cfm fan for that small space. I also have an osculating fan for both the flower and the veg partition.

any idea on the temps through out the on/off cycles of your room? Sounds like you know what you are doing though.

good luck

The temp with the light on is 76 and 66 (Fahrenheit) when the light is off. Right now the humidity is around 60%.

Thanks for the responses, I have learned that with most first timers like myself less is definitely more. I try not to water or use nutes too much.

every time you change place of room you should take in consideration the temperature and the humidity, for example if you take some babies from a growing room that should be aroung 60% of humidity and take em to the florweing room(should be around 30%) without any transition room then i bet you half of the leaves are gonna squish and die, the branches will turn purple and it's gonna be a long flowering. spray you plants alot with you nuts since there's no fruit and take care of the temperature and obviously the humidity of your little room and the plants should be fine. if you really want good result try with a wire or anything to strech the plant in the way that every heads get light and try not to cut lots of leaves since they'll really need em all

I think it might have just been the water I had it tested and it read 500 ppm on the tds stick. so i am gonna flush them with spring water now and just water with that from now on..
