whats wrong with my babies? (pics)

There are some brown spots on the leaves that come in big clusters. They end up killing the leaves. anyone know what is wrong? they are under 100 watt cfls which are about 2-3 inches above the plant. I just switched to pro mix premier medium when transplanting. And I am watering every 2-3 days.

Looks like nute burn or it could be a pH imbalance.

Strange doesn't look like either one. My friend had a problem like this once and it was because he smoked cigs. and then touched his plant.

hmm well i do smoke cigs every once in a while sooo I'll remember to wash my hands before touching my plant. thanks for the feedback. anyone else have any ideas as to what is wrong?
