They look hungry to me. How old are they and have you given them any nutrients yet? If you dont already have nutrients then go find a veg nute(high in nitrogen)

Well i don't really know... I never mixed the nutes into water and watered the pant... but added some of that thingies ( i posted on the pic) to the soil... Should they do any good ?

Not talking about the tips but the plant overall looks like it needs water. Cells look like they may be collapsing and the leave look like they are starting to "roll" a little. Explain to me how often you water and how much, and how you judge if they need water or not.

I water them every day and i judge by ..when i see there is some water leaking on the bottom of the cups I judge that tat should be enough

But I have a very good ventilation so... everytime i I'm watering them is notice that soil is really dry

Ok, you shouldnt be watering them every day more than likely. And your right about watering them till you see it start to drop from the drain holes. Pick up your pot before you water should feel pretty light now pick it up after you water feel the difference and you shouldnt water again until feels light or "empty" again. Another way is to stick your finger down some say once the top inch is dry to water, I like to wait till the top two or 3 inches is completely dry. I also made the mistake of watering every day at first until somone told me otherwise. The only reason you should be watering every day is if the plant is drinking that much and drying the soil out everyday. If the plant is doing that then more likely then not it needs a bigger pot.
