To me it looks like a nutrient deficiency and its probably due to PH lockout. Test the soil PH.

the specialist is here...haha...ok so lets get down to brass task here gentlemen..... the pic is outside, which would lead me to believe your doing an outdoor grow....????...And if you are....remeber that weed dosnt grow everywhere....Where do you live.... what are the temps(humidity????? What soil?????? What nutes???????....what kind of water????? We need to know all this if your serious about getting some kind of yield???? and dont forget the pics..... close ups.

Damn.... My bad yo I been busy wit school and shit and forgot to check the site. My bad. Sorry bout the Shitty ass pics but my Wing is only 2mp. Ok Let's see if we can figure out what's up... Even though I sorta know what's wrong. Once again sorry bout the non responses.
Outdoor grow
Soil: Regular Slow Release Potting Soil (I know now that this is Bad)
Nutes: Vegging- Lilly Miller's Alaska Fish Emulsion (5-1-1)
Flowering- Lilly Miller's Alaska Morbloom (0-10-10)
I don't have a Soil Ph. Tester
Temps: Around 88-92 degrees. This last rain brought cool weather dunno how long it'll last.
I use water from a hydrant on the side of the house.

I have one that started showing that. It was a big one too. I went back a couple weeks later and almost all the leaves had died and fell off. I figured it had some funk and might die. A couple others nearby to it and in the same kind of soil didn't look like that at all.
Well I went back and looked at it again today and it was pretty much done for. The buds are turning a bad color, haven't grown any more and its dropped more of its few remaining leaves.
Whatever it is, it looks exactly like mine did and now after 3 or 4 weeks, mine is just a shell of its former self and is going to its after life it appears.
