whats it doing? I dont have probs with it. I dont keep them in the solos very long. Once they start looking like they need some nutes I repot into the soil. By that time the roots are well established

idk much about the case other than reading rm3's link, but i know california is pretty notorious for stuff like this.. they're a super strict state when it comes to say the environment, which is what it sounds like they nailed ff with..
