I'm comin to CO springs next week for the holidays for a week and a half or so... i'm bringing little to no meds with me and hoping someone out there knows the best way to get meds as an out of stater -- not sure if the whole legalization thing has started kicking in there or not yet, but i actually have some (more than 1) medical needs for it so hoping anyone knows the best thing to do. Last time I was lucky enough to find someone on craigs list who was able to get me a little from a dispensary, but i'm hoping to avoid that this time.

also evaluating CO as a place to move in the next year or two this trip -- i've been there tons of time and like CO just fine but my wife is not big on cold. gonna go check denver area out as well as that'd be where i'm more likely to move for work.

Legal shops to buy weed wont be around for about another year. If you cant find someone to buy it from, your best bet might just be CL. there are ALOT of people posting up under the guise of amend 64 compliance because people just dont know the law yet.

the 'hard winters' aren't so hard anymore. the regular pattern in the Denver/Boulder area (where I have lived for 6yrs) is that *when* snow falls (maybe a couple times a month in Nov, a few times a month in Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar ... back to a couple in Apr/May) it stays for maybe 48hrs at the most, generally it's gone within 24hrs. this 'winter' it has snowed 2x so far where I am, gone within 24hrs both times. temps this year in the 60's/70's? last year close to the same, the year before a little harsher, but not much. climate is changing, but there will still be the occasional snow storms come through ... buckle down for the day with a book, no biggie. it's a beautiful place to live for sure.

Welcome to the Springs my friend! I'm a native and have been around many neighboring cities in my life, and I can assure you The Springs is the place to be. Though our whether lately has been super fudged up, you won't find anywhere else with amazing nature landscape. You'll find popular tourism attractions, recreational parks, and lovely food places to dine at.

I myself just registered to be a MMJ patient, so I get my temp license in a day or two. Can't say much about dispensaries, only the tons and tons of info and reviews I've done so far.. but we do have our dank. Unlike Denver, I've yet to see a gram surpass $15 dollars here like many shops in Denver. Then again, price can fool people.

"Colorado Amendment 20 compliant! I gave up playing guitar to grow weed, I gave up tv to grow weed, I gave up drinking to grow weed, I gave up pussy to grow weed, I started lying to grow weed, I never gave up pussy." haha just saw this pretty funny :)

I was shocked about the snow. I figured the shop was gonna be dead cause of it but we had a steady stream of patients coming in all day getting meds. it was weird.
