Can anyone give me some suggestions of what may be wrong here.

roughly 3 weeks old
Hempy cup
CFLS (about 300W worth)
24 hour light
When The first leaves formed I used a bit of MG nutes on her and burned the first set of leaves.
Since then she has only been given distilled water, and a few feedings from the MG nute mix.
The plant has always had droopy leaves since the beginning, but growth was good. As you can see there are leaves everywhere.
Over the last 5/6 days her leaves have started to lighten and are starting to look yellow.
I also on my days off will bring her outside during the day and back inside under the cfl's at night. IS this ok to do?
