Whats the Earliest yall have topped with good results? i want to top as soon as possible, i keep reading 4th or 5th node.... can you top sooner if you would like? My plants are 12 days old....

Ok cool, i was just stating that there 12 days old.. i have no intention of topping them now and im not sure if i will... im just trying to learn for the future.. i have so many questions but i dont want to keep posting new threads lol

Fasho i will check it out.... i also have another question i cant seem to find any answer to online..... i dont want huge plants, i would like to keep them in the 1 gallon there in. When should i Flip to 12/12??

if u dont want huge plants u could lst them or supercrop loads of info about both on this site also how long are they in veg ? how tall ? they usually double in height some can get to triple the height from when u flip to 12/12, rule of thumb is 1gal for each month of growing or 1 foot in height per gal.

1 gallon pots, they have been vegging for almost 2 weeks and there about 3 1/2 inches right now....

if it was me i would defo transplant to 3gal but if u cant for whatever reason, i would wait till the plants are at least 12 inchs tall or 4 week veg whichever is soonest.
your at 2 weeks now i would start feeding them with grow nutes or something with a high nitrogen content.

if i wait until week 4 wouldnt that be asking for root bound?

and the nutes i have right now are.... 33-11-11 and 24-8-16.... just what i have around with out going out to buy something..

i would think that at week four or five they start becoming root bound but roots still keep growing till about the end of week 3 of flowering.
i never used 1 gal, have a few in 2 gal pots at the moment and compared to my other 3 and 5 gal pots they're about 3 times the size of 1gal these were identical clones 2 weeks the difference is unreal.

either of those nutes will do fine for veg, not so good for flowering i would not use them for flowering

yea ima run out and buy some more ferts for flowering.. I appreciate the help.... This is my first grow n its basically just a learning experience but to learn my plants must keep on living lol
