Aero ponics uses a nutrient rich highly oxygenized mist over the roots which achieves ultar fast growth while hydro means a flood or flow of water submerses the root setup in water.Then you have hybred versions like dwc,NFT,combo aero/ntf and so on.Aero grows the fastes of all.My aero grows veg 10 days and I harvest 5 weeks of flowering.
