The cheap one is just a tub with a lid, you take it from there. The other is more of a turnkey system, with a pump and tubes on the inside feeding each site. At least that's the way it looks to me with a glance. I wouldn't buy either one. I'd figure out what I want to do, and build the right system for that. Easy and cheaper and you get what you want and need.
