What's The Best Way To Grow Chronic Seeds?

I found some seeds in a chronic sack that I bought off my neighbor. And I know they are chronic seeds. but I was wondering what would be the best way to grow these? I found about 3 seeds.

Direct into the soil and keep moist. Not wet but moist. Low light once emerged.

Thx! How about the Light Intensity? And Light 24H on?

Low light intensity, like a cfl until they've grown a bit.
24h light
