What’s the best way to get rid of this algal growth on top of my rapid rooter?

Thinking of a H2o2 water mix and just spraying the top of the rooter and the clay balls… any thoughts?

Next time put the RR a little deeper and cover it.
No light no algae.

I dunno if it's just the lighting or angle, but does this leaf look like this normally?

I actually had that thought almost immediately after getting them in there and surrounded by the clay and kicked myself for it but didn’t want to disrupt the roots again

I would guess something with the shot because it actually looks pretty nice and consistently green, though they a slightly paler green than a lot of pictures I’ve seen.
