What's The Best Tankless Water Heater For A Grow Room?

I need a tankless water heater for CO2 in my room. It needs to
run off of LP (propane). I live out in the sticks and we have no natural
gas here, just a huge LP tank out back. I plan on setting it up as a
drain to waste system.

The system I get needs to be able to only kick on when water is flowing
to it. I'm going to get an electronic valve that will kick on and allow the
water to flow when my CO2 controller tells it to. I'd like the flame to come
on automatically when it senses that water is flowing through it. When the
controller kicks the power/water off, I'd like the flame to either turn off
completely (preferred) or go into a pilot mode. Safety is a key issue.

Any suggestions on specific models?

For $60 you can buy the gas control valve and then add a natural gas to propane adapter. I'm not %100 sure what you are trying to do, but you could use that valve to turn on and off with an electronic controller, then use that same controller to control a $20 solenoid valve.

The way you are describing what you want to do, I think you want a TANKED water heater, not a tankless. All you'd need to do is pump water through the tank and the water heater would kick on. If all you want is a water cooled co2 generator, you can buy them cheaper than a hot water heater - they are about $300 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gUyQATRtgwE)

No, I really need a tankless water heater like the Hydrogen (http://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/hydrogen-water-cooled-propane-co2-generator-p-2664.html) CO2. The Hydrogen is just a tankless water heater for a lot more money. The Hydrogen is around $300 and a lot of the tankless
heaters are around $100 for almost the exact same thing. I have propane at my house, not natural gas so I won't need a conversion kit to natural
gas.

Basically I just need a good specific model for a tankless hot water heater that is good to use as a CO2 generator. I've heard brands
such as Marey, Ecco, and a few others mentioned but I'm not sure which one is best.

I'll be using a valve similar to this: http://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/hydrogen-co2-generator-water-flow-valve-p-2665.html except I
plan on paying under $20 for a generic one. It will kick the water on when the CO2 controller senses that the CO2 has dropped below
1500ppm.

Any Other Help From All Is Appreciated.
