whats the best sized light to have to veg 8 plants

hi guys

can someone please advise me the best size and type of light to hang in a tent the size
0.8m x 0.8m x 1.6m.

i have got 8 cuttings going at present and they are under a 125w white light on for 24hrs.

advise would be appricated

In your 2' x 2' tent, I would use a 400w lighting system.

How long and how big do you plan on vegging them? I veg under an 8 tube, 6500k t5, 4ft light and it works killer. Real tight internodal spacing and vigorous growth, low heat

to be truthful i am not sure how long to veg them?
advise would be good.
and i have got 5 plants at the mo flowering under a 250w 'orange' looking light, not sure whatthe proper name is, i am very new to all this!!
so would i really need a 400 w light to veg? or would a 250w do?......

Go with T5 HO tubes. I use them for Veg and Flower. If you are Flowering with a 250w HPS (High Pressure Sodium) light, a 4 bulb 2x2 light will be easy on the wallet short and long term.
