whats the best mango strain?

hi, i got a bag of mango bud a few months back and the bag really really smelt like mango, was a nice taste and not a bad high. i seen a few mango strains about and was wondering whats the best mango strain about? i grew a blueberry plant a while ago which tasted nothing like blueberry (not a popular strain) so i was wondering what were peoples preferences?

To the best of my knowledge mango is a product of BC genetics, as to which grower from the area started it I am not sure, however I do know from first hand experience that bcseedking's bc mango has some very desirable phenoes that are hallmark of the mango strain. In my honest and humble opinion I would advise purchasing their mango strain and also see if you could get them to throw in some purps as well, as their purps strain is also a homerun hitting strain! But these are just my opinions, what really matters is what you(the grower does with what he/she has.) ~~~dude.

We had Mango Afghani for awhile and it was absolutly FANTASTIC, not sure what the breeding source was on it however since I inherited it.

never grown it, but every specimen i ever saw was *beautiful*.

the active smell terpene in mango is myrcene, which also occurs in cannabis in various concentrations (which is why some strains taste more mango-ey than others).
so what you're seeking is a high myrcene strain. the more knowledgeable seed companies will be able to tell you which are their highest-myrcene strains.

the affects of added myrcene can be experienced in part by eating a mango 1/2 to an hour before you smoke as well. it lowers the blood/brain threshold so you can get higher for less weed.
