Whats my total luminous # for?

Only you would know, you'd have to look up each of your lights by it's specific brand because each brand is different. Even among brands you'd have to know which type as in cool or warm etc.

 OK I got 20,400 lumen so is that good compared to any system?

how big of an area are you growing in??? and that will grow a little bit, not more then one or two plants tho....
