Whats is wrong with my plant? Coco

It's roughly 2-3 weeks old from seed in coco. Ph water/nutes to 5.8 gave it a little bit of cal/mag and olivias clone solution a week ago. Under a 250w hps air cooled about 4-5" away. I can touch the tube and not feel heat at all so I dont think it can be heat. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks

those are jew worms mate, Just kidding...

I would wager to bet don't worry a bout it... It's probably a sacrificial leaf, meaning the plant is sucking the life out of it to support itself. Or it's some type of deficiency possibly?

I'm new tho.

looks like nute burn to me, dont forget just water at first is fine. If its a clone it may just be normal and it will recover..just re-check your feeding schedule and measurements..
