Well here is a lady that was transplanted. I transplanted cuz the first two leafs that come out started to yellow and crumple so i thought maybe it needs to be moved. I also thought it could be from over watering but i now have a tester and its been getting water when the soil reads dry for a little.

Well anyway after its been transplanted the second set of leafs ( the first ones that looked like pot leafs) yellowed and became kinda weak looking and feeling... and now im noticeing drooping and curling upward and drying up... the other leafs are ok... but drooping... any suggestions.

That does look a bit nasty. My assumptions:

Over/under watering - even though you bought one of those garden gadgets, don't trust them, especially if you bought that green one with the 2 prongs. To check soil moisture, stick a finger 1-2cm into the soil. If it feels dry, water again, if not, don't. This is the general rule of thumb when it comes to watering.

Overfeeding - hope you don't use any nutes yet, since you still have a seedling over there. Also, I hope you don't use Miracle Grow soil, because it has time release nutes that'll just burn your plant. If so, transplant asap.

Cold/hot - Leaf tips tend to curl upwards from cold. Don't let the fan blow directly at her yet and make sure that nighttime temps don't drop under 17C. Leaves tend to go yellow from heat. Is your light too close to your plant? To check place your hand close to the top of the plant. It shouldn't feel uncomfortably hot. Also, don't mist, because water drops tend to heat up and burn the leaves.

Hope I nailed it so you can fix the problem faster.

still gotta check night temps but i dont think it gets to cold since the rooms heated... how soon u think i should add nutez? i want to show you some of my other ones to ask when i shud add nutes but im always scared of the feds lol

After 2 weeks it's safe to add a 1/4 strength solution. 4rd week should get a 1/2 strength or even full strength depending on it's growth.

oh and is 15'' from top to close you think? i started it at 30'' and lowered everyday bout an '' until reaching 15 still planing to lower till bout 12 is that good or leave it where its at?

She still looks like she could wait another 5-7 days before you start adding nutes.

15" could be too close, depending on your venting system. place a hand close to your plant. If it feels excessively warm, place the light further away.

Here's a thought. Stop watering your plant and let the soil on the top dry up. If the leaves don't spring up, you know it's underwatering, not overwatering.
