What’s going on with my buds?

Same strain. Same nutrients. Same light. Why is one plant budding up nicely and the other is so hairy? Day 36 of flower fo both.

Are they both receiving the same amount of light?
Imo, ones probably just moving at a slower pace than the other.
Or
One plant is getting more light.

I was hoping it was just one plant maturing faster than the other, but didn’t know if it could be that drastic. They are both under a HLG600, at 80%. Receiving same amount of light.

Why don’t people run their lights 100%?

Probably height restriction

Grown from seed or clone? Seeds from the same strain can vary significantly. Just because they came from the same pack doesn't mean they're going to grow the same.

Both plants look good to me nice. not every clones developed the same roots. I have some clones that have twice the roots that others do in the same amount of time. And those plants do better. Also if one of the clones got bugs, over watered, too much light, too hot etc. It could slow down for a few days until you fix the issues. Lots of reasons for different clones to do different performance wise.

it is what it is. They are probably two different phenotypes that's why it's like that. They are never going to be exactly the same. Unless you got it from a cutting?

They are actually bag seeds from the same zip i got back in July lol. At the time there were still no seed banks in my state, so i thought why not. Ended up with 4 females out of 5 seeds and am decently happy with their turnout thus far.

Are you only going to smoke 75% of your weed?

I figured they were from seed. Nothing to worry about. One is just taking longer. Bagseed can turn out to be fire. The stories of them being hermie are overblown. Looks like you're going to get some good bud. Enjoy it.
