Hi guys.. ay i got an issue..looks like nute burn but i measure the ammounts i feed them spot on, and my ph is sittin right on 6.2 so thats good too...lights are very far from the plant (1000watt hps approx 4 foot away), i am in 12/12 ..about 2 weeks in...heres some pics..cheers

Poor overall condition, try getting the light closer and check the ppm of the runoff.

Well based on how spindly and stretched out it is... yes.
If the light is too far away it womt process the nutrients properly. A good distance for a 1000w hps is 20 inches. Id adjust the light, and take a ppm reading of the plant in question so we can get to the bottom of whats going on

For the runoff ppm it should be 1500 or under for SURE. The range of good is going to be 800-1400 i guess. Sometimes when i have issues ive checked an seen it at 2k

I can see a lot of little things in those photos that indicate the light being too far away, even if you didnt tell me its 4ft away.
I can tell you right now that if you dont adjust the light distance your going to have a bunch of tiny buds come harvest, ive seen this so many times at a friends place where he basically uses 1 or 2 lamps way overhead trying to cheap out a large area. The leafs get whimpy and have brown/gray edges and look just like yours except his are vegged longer an in 20 gal pots but the same basic structure. For all his effort he generally gets about 4 oz a light of low quality bud and a bunch of crap to make hash with. It kills me every time. He refuses to scrog or do anything thats common practice here, amd really doesnt give a damn about the quality of his bud because he pays people to trim it so that doesnt matter to him, an hes the only person who will smoke it pretty much so he just doesnt give a damn unfortunatly.
Ok bro..look ive gone out and my tds readers shit itself ffs... my large plant has about 25cm between it and the light. The smaller one has 4 foot...so ill drop the light down onto the smaller plant. But im pretty sure the ammount of light wont be the cause of those crispy leaves. But anyway.. ill give it a shot

Its better to raise the lower plant if the other plant is closer. You sure that other one is within 25 cm of the light? Is it on the edge of it or something?
My 1kw hps is about 12-16 inches from my tops, scrogged plant so its a nearly perfectly level canopy. Every inch of the plant is lush green an happy as can be. The scrog is about 4x4.5 in a 5x5 tent an its wall to wall now as the branches grow around and through all areas of it. I can tell you that the plants should be looking much differant than they are in your photos..

Like i was saying...these plants were brought up under 1 300 watt bullshit chinese led and 1 mars 600watt led. Reason being is i didnt plan on going "serious", then one night while i was on an ebay purchasing rant i thought fuck it! And bought a 2mx2m tent with 2 1000watt hps. This is my first grow and have relied on you guys and youtube. But! Im not 16 using alfoil and a 40 watt bulb i got from the laundry lol... im really giving it a good crack. Its obvious next time ill cut the light to 12/12 earlier...also i think i probably should have topped earlier too... but man honestly i appreciate you taking the time for me..heres another pic

For your next try look into scrogging them. I generally veg and flower with hps, lots of people dont like vegging with hps but imo it works just fine. MH will make them grow faster, however HPS grows them more squat and with better leaf, and imo that results in a good plant too.
Since you say you got that on ebay im going to guess it came with a cheapo bulb. For just under 60$ you can get a horitlux super hps bulb, best on the market.
