What’s eating my plants?

can anybody tell me what is leaving this dotting on my baby’s leaves? Some leaves are worse than others and some have large holes as well. Also I sprayed all my plants with neem last night and 5 days before that and I went outside to check on everybody and find my lsd auto had been attacked:/

The holes are some kind of larger bug that is not super common for cannabis. Maybe a caterpillar or something like that.

The small yellowish spots could be thrips damage in photo 2. Do the spots shine when you look at them from different angles? I don't see any shine in the photos so it could be a pH/nutrient issue in photo 1.

Look for green beetles w/ black spots. Cucumber beetles.

Neem won’t help with grasshoppers and big bugs. Those pots are dry as a dessert by the pics.
