Whats better Fox Farm Ocean Or Black Gold Soil

which is better from the two black gold or fox farm ocean forest........local hydro store sell bag of black gold for 16.00 but they have a special on the fox foarm ocean forest for 17.00 where normaly it costs 21.00 usd ....which do i go for?????...............

My black gold came with fungas gnat eggs in it, but of course not every bag has them... i just started using fox farm so time will tell
