Whats better for flowering a slow turn, Meaning, cutting the light say an hour a day till you get to 12 and 12, This way I think is more natural.
And they say that the there is less stress on the plant. They also say that there is less stretch so more compact buds.
The other way is to turn your lights off for 36 hours then flick to 12 and 12.
