at least you apologized. jk. its basically, when you get a bag of bud and there is a seed in there. Basically if it comes out a bag.
 
The cool thing with bag seeds is that you never know what you will get! That shit could be some fuckin hindu kush purple nurple haze widow!!!!!
 
i knew that lmao jk damn thanx though im new to the cannabis industry i was really bad with alcohol last year but ever since my mother in law gave me a joint of sour diesel for my 24 birthday i quit drinking i been one year clean now i fucking hate alcohol marijuana has extremely changed my whole life in the other hand alcohol always led me to jail fights etc thank you MARIJUANA FOR SAVING MY LIFE
 
it will be fun to grow bagseed, you will face the challenge and determine to make this unknown strain a tick...if you know the source of the strain you will know what you re dealing with it. The unknown strain is mystery and you have to figure it out how to make this bagseed out to the full harvest :) dont expect high hope of this bagseed...some of them will be hermie genetics, or weak gentics. sometime you hit the jackpot...I have one bagseend that growing outdoor now.

Im glad to hear that marijuana changed your life by sober up...your mother in law is rock !!!
 
I think the term bagseed has been generalized a little. When I hear some one say they scored an Kush bagseed, im just thinkn wtf. thats not exactly bagseed. That seed is probly worth a 1/3 what you paid for that 1/8th. And Its considered rare to find a good greenbud seed. or at least it used to be.
Getting a seed out of some general commercial schwag and growing that, now that is bagseed weed.....

Yes it will.

However, there is a possibility you grow it out and get a totally different pheno type than what you had.

There is also a possibility that the smoke is better because it was treated with more care and more attention to detail.

bagseed is bagseed. It doesn't mean its low grade because its called "bagseed"

The original c99 mom came from bagseed.

well in that case, I guess there really is no difference between a Ferrari and a Hyundai, they both came from a boat. Yet one was designed with care and love, and they other is assembled for the cheapest bid possible....

Just sayin, If I scored me a seed out of some sweet KGB, then id be happy and not refer to it as a bagseed. It would be my baby.
Iv said it before, im a genetics whore, i dont see the point in growing a commercial bagseed, when there are so many lovely purebred ladies available.
Truth be told, I wouldnt grow 99% of the stuff I smoke. Money and all cant afford GreenBud all the time. and harvest is only once a year for some of us.

I acknowledge the fact that a bagseed can and sometimes does work out in your favor. I know a guy, who knows a guy, who know... well you get the point, that grew from commercial seed, outside, a plant that yielded 1.75 lbs dry. Thats almost unheard of in this area.

Im completely unfamiliar with the c99 strain, like I said there are so many ladies to choose from. I havent sat and studied each strain or anything.

See what happens when you try out a sample from a early pull.... stoned and ramblin.....

Being bagseed it could be the result of a female plant turning hermie, and that would mean it would carry hermie genetics.
 
Is that just carry hermie genetics? or WILL be a hermie too?

I had a bubba kush that hermied on me. I got a few seeds from it and some other strains that were close to it in the room.
All the bubba kush clones hermied on me (4 runs).. does that mean that the seeds it produced will likely hermie too?
 
Yeah I guess id be willing to take the chance. Or at least maybe get a nice male to breed with. as of now all I have is females, and id actually like to experiment a little.

Earlier this year my buddy comes back from a grow sayin," dude, that og kush turned male so I killed it". I was like dude "I woulda used that sucker".
