What yields more gr/watt, aeroponics or vertical rockwool octagon?

Hello,
I think there should be a clear winner here, but lets also say all the pros and cons of both systems (speed, ease of use, etc), as im planning to move into one of them after this rockwool hydro im doing atm.

Thanks!

Im growing all this mothers for clones atm, will keep the "best ones".
- Chemdog
- Cheese

Have you considered this: http://www.mjguide.com/tutorials/Hydroponics/1275.htm

This will give you a perpetual harvest and yield much more, reliably. Most new methods (stadium and octagon) are developed for "low plant counts". If you can run a *lots* of plants, use the old school SOG link I sent you. Most people don't use this old school method because of the new MMJ laws and plant counts. Sorry if that confuses you more :)

In theory, aeroponics, but that all depends on your setup, experience, etc.

Where do you get the idea these methods are for low plant numbers? Most stadium/octo grows I've seen are fairly large with high plant counts. Only people that have to deal with, or care about, plant limits do scaled down stadium/octo's, but the whole point is to increase the sq ft of growing area for more plants, or canopy if it's a stadium scrog.

Im using a drip system on rockwool slabs atm, just wanted to flip it and turn it vertical to save some space and most important, try to get more gr/watts ;)
Im not sure if im ready for the aeroponics.
