What yields more gr/watt, aeroponics or vertical rockwool octagon?

This will give you a perpetual harvest and yield much more, reliably. Most new methods (stadium and octagon) are developed for "low plant counts". If you can run a *lots* of plants, use the old school SOG link I sent you. Most people don't use this old school method because of the new MMJ laws and plant counts. Sorry if that confuses you more

In theory, aeroponics, but that all depends on your setup,experience,etc.
Where do you get the idea these methods are for low plant numbers? Most stadium/octo grows I've seen are fairly large with high plant counts. Only people that have to deal with, or care about, plant limits do scaled down stadium/octo's, but the whole point is to increase the sq ft of growing area for more plants, or canopy if it's a stadium scrog.

It's just my 2 cents, never seen a huge warehouse grow with those types, that is all.
