So here’s a pic of my outdoor plants (in Aus) , strain unknown heavy sativa I’d say and almost triples in flower , both went into flower when they were tiny as I put outside too early and now they are back in full veg , LSTd the smaller one as I’m loving the structure of the bigger one and didn’t want to LST it yet.

My guess is plant height will be a problem as it still will Veg outside for another 4-5 weeks , both been topped but last years grow wasn’t even a third of that size late December and ended up being about 1.3 metres tall from the stalk so this one will be a lot bigger and need to keep it below 1.5m so neighbours don’t see.

Should I start training it now or just tie it down when it gets a lot bigger? And any better lst techniques other than the way I did it with the other plant

PS that tiny one in the pic is an experiment haha.

A trellis on the house to tie it off to would make it much easier to control height.
Indoor methods can be used outdoors to control height, like multiple toppings, mainlining, fim, scrog, or whatever.

So multiple toppings will keep it short ? , how many times would you top, I need to be able to move the plant to the store room when I have rent inspections so unfortunately can’t get too elaborate with screens and things

You can top all you want before flower, each one will slow it down a bit. Top, wait for it to split to two tops, and top those. Can go on endlessly till the days get short enough and flowering starts
