If you had the choice to buy either a 400W HPS set up from HTG supply consisting of the ballast (HTG Brand) and bulb(grow bright) an extra grow bright hps bulb and a mini sunsoaker reflector for $227 or a 600W set up from inside sun that comes with a 600W hortilux bulb, an 18" chrome bat wing reflector and that's it for $259, which would you choose?
