what would you do?! (feed schedule)

i just started flowering maybe 2-3 weeks ago. i got like nickel sized buds started. anyways...iam using FoxFarms Big Bloom+Tiger Bloom. i also throw molasses in the rotation (1.5 TBL per gallon). My question is that would YOUR feeding schedule be if you had to rotate molasses,fox farms,and water? please be detailed i would greatly appreciate it! thanks!

yes i am......every other watering. But how would you throw in the molasses? would you do foxfarms..wait a few days....molasses....wait a few days..water....wait a few days then back to fox farms?
