What will happen if i put this into flowering now???

well thats easy it will flower haha your gonna need the red spectrum bulbs for flower but i like to have a mix with some daylights ones in there better o have a full spectrum like the sun
 
If you switch that to a 12/12, increase your red spectrum lighting, with a warm CFL or other appropriate light.

She may continue to veg a bit before the pre-flowers first develop, then switch to flowering, that happens over weeks rather than days.

Yea i have both red and blue spectrum's 125 watts.. & its 23 days old but the 1st week it was on a windowsill so it stretched loads and didn't have a fan on it, i didn't know eff all lol.
When will i know its mature enough? & when will i know when its female?
 
It will be mature enough when it starts alternating it's nodes and you get pre-flowers.

However this is not something you have to wait for, if you put it into 12/12 it will mature on it's own.
 
i would let it go for at least another 1 or 2 weeks before you decide to flower. Although 125 watts of cfl isn't a ton of light you can get a decent yield by LST the plant, and if you only are growing 1 it will give you more space to do so. You will know if it is female by putting it into 12/12 then waiting to see.
