Or lights out and just the flash. Leaf diagnosis really hard to do with the colors all weird. Near as I can tell with the current pics it's looking like a micro def. Hard to say though with the lights. If that's what it is it could be caused by a def of micros, a ph imbalance and or an excess of n p or k. What kind of soil are you in, and what have they been being watered with? What's your soil ph? Here's how. Take a soil sample, mix with RO or distilled water to make a slurry. pre-rinse a coffee filter with RO water, and then filter your slurry through that, and then check the pH. This is how we tested pH of growing medium in the lab at university. 5g of soil, 30ml of RO, shake the hell out of it for 5 min, filter and check the liquid pH. This may help as well with some diagnosis. Just remember a def is not always a def, oftentimes just locked up nutes from ph or excess of another mineral etc.
And here's a good thread you should read up on as well, good knowledge. The really good stuff is at the beginning. https://www.rollitup.org/t/guide-to-nutrient-deficiency-or-toxicity.488004/page-14
