What to do with my mushrooms?

I would love to grow Shitake and oyster mushrooms aswell
They are so nice
Aswell as big portabelo grilled with some garlic butter on top

Olive oil infused with peppers..soak your bellows in that..add herbs per your pallate...oysters are easy..and yeild a lot..

Do you infuse oil your self?
if so what type of peppers ?
That sounds really nice rory

Are they starting to ping
Also should i have mixed mushroom compost with the peet moss ?
I saw people on youtube mixing it together
I just misted them , thats why it looks wet
any help would be great
