what to do when over watered??

hey RIU-

first time grower, made a mistake by having the water level too close to the plastic cup (pretty much soaked the rockwool) what should i do? Leaves are curling down and turning yellow, these are about a week old clones...also, i didnt put any hydroton on the bottom of the cup because im using 2" cups and there is not enough depth. any suggestions?

Cut bigger holes, use bigger cups, use hydroton and lower the water level.
