in need of a timer. i will be growing in a pc and will be having 3 lights. but i need some type of timer that i can keep in the case and that wil control lthe lights? any ideas or brands ?

for lights just a simple press timer.
and by that i mean the kind where there are lil notches you can press to set the time.

You can get some really good digital ones made by BRINKS, from Wal-Mart. They program for up to 6 timed cycles, or 1 long cycle.

That will work, but it's unnecessary to spend that much money. Plug your lights into a power strip, and the strip into the timer.
Wal-Mart, dude.
