what the problem with plant?

It's normal for the cotyledon leaves to die off. However, your stems appear very stretched. What lights are you under?

but my plant is 1 month and 1 week whats does cotyledons mean at this stage

The purpose of those leaves is to support the plant in the first two weeks or so of its life. Beyond that they have no purpose. They mean nothing at this stage.

alright but this is 1 month and 1 week into veg phase? and im doing cup grower on those 2 kinda want it the strech and its been 1 month and 1 weed when can i start flowering and when to feed nuts

Yes, you can. Whether those plants are healthy enough yet to produce may be another question.
