what the hell

so i have 13 babies in week 8 that a week ago were looking close to done. had some discolortion probs on a few plants so i flushed with the idea they were in n ute lock. now almost every baby has BRAND NEW growth on them. forming new tops to colas, new flowering spots on branches etc......the question is, is this normal and how long will these things keep growing ???? On several plants there are branches that the pistils were turning a dark red/brown and now they have new flowers above them. It was obvious the "8 week"FLOWER PERIOD" advertised by the seed co. was wrong but how long will they take ???? Can i take the parts that amber up and leave the rest growing ???

Yes you can harvest the plant in different sections at a time... Not a bad idea actually because it may free up space for more growth, and shed more light on under-developed bud sites.
