what the hell?

So this is a picture of my other bag seed, I am not sure what is wrong, any thoughts? It has been in the same conditions as the vanilla kush i just harvested! It has brown and yellow leafs all over the cola. 400w hps cooltube in supersoil and ffof, in a 20 gal planter with the 2 already harvested vanilla kush (yumm btw).

It's sunburned. Looks to me like it got too close to your light. I've had this happen to me even when my cooltube is so cool you can hold your hand on it with no issues. You'd think it would be hard to do given how weak a grow light is compared to the sun, but I swear it has happened to me. The solution was to back my light away 6 inches or so.

Is the smoke going to be awful then?

It probably won't be the best tasting/smoking nug on the plant. But it'll for sure be smokeable and likely delicious still! Don't stress. If it really does end up poor tasting/smoking then just make a wicked batch of brownies out of it

I cant move the light or the plants anywhere as it is too heavy! They are starting to fall over due to the weight and moving further away from the lights, the nugs near the center of the weed should be un effected correct?

It's SO weird. I have had the same problems. I have one strain called Lemon Drop and it burns (light) SOOOOO easy....All the others are FINE.....I've just started keeping that strain in the far corners and it seems to be fine.....Strain sensitivity/resistance to certain conditions is a crazy thing IMO. Very interesting.
