Hi all! I can't diagnose the issue with my plants, and I keep getting varied opinions about the problems. What can this really be??

Heat stress and light nute burn,pic 2 look like bugs idk tho can you magnify it? if no bugs then it's kinda healthy otherwise

Nute burn ,give them a flush with ph'd water then reduce the feed by 20% . More perlite to next time.
