What the fk are these...?

I have noticed huge amounts of these little white worms in my cooking soil. 1/4th of my soil came from the forest outside, a healthy one.
I noticed these wormies a long time ago but could never get a good picture.
I put my bin outside now that its warm, its in the shade, and it rained yesterday so water built up ontop of the lid and the wormies somehow migrated onto the top of the lid....

Thanks for the help. They have a opaque band as you can see, i never saw that band before yesterday
