What strain would be best for musicians?

You know, like what would make us want to play our instruments more, make it sound better, and make us more creative? We are a guitarist and drummer who play classic-esque rock.

I'd say look into Sativas.

Yeah, I was definitely thinking sativa, cuz that won't knock you out, indicas are out of the question, well, predominantly indicas anyway. I was thinking some White Widow, I was also looking into Kali Mist, very hard to decide, I just don't really wanna do Kali Mist cuz it takes a while to flower.

I'm also interested in AK-47 and Dutch Dragon, which both mention music enhancement, but AK-47 specifically mentions playing music, I'm getting this info from

I also just ran into White Russian which is a cross between AK-47 and White Widow, sounds ungodly, but it also mentions being pretty Indica influenced. And these all flower pretty quickly, save for Kali Mist, which is what I'm looking for. There are too many of these damn things, but that's the best part!

I agree with hank and emdrummer recommending something sativa or more sativa dominated. I would also say hash to since it is really cerebral also.(can be)
